At Diecast USA Southwest, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly, safely, and exactly as expected.

Processing & Handling Times

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

• Many orders ship the same business day, depending on the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates

• Free Ground Shipping is included on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

• We currently ship to 48 Continental States. Sorry, no PO Boxes

• Expedited shipping and signature‑required delivery options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Signature Requirements

• You do not have to purchase the optional $4 signature delivery at checkout.

• Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if a signature is not purchased.

• For your protection, all orders over $200 will automatically ship with signature required at delivery.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier. Packages shipped without a signature are not covered if marked as delivered but not received.
