30‑Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition of Returned Items

To receive a full refund, all items must be:

• New

• Unopened

• In their original packaging

• In resellable condition

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at [customerservice@diecastusasouthwest.com] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
